This was fun. Snapper (Michael Knapp) was working with the Australian Opera Company (Opera Australia these days), so he recruited friends from the company as extras for the video and he smuggled a small mountain of clothes and props out of the Opera House and into the Domain for the shoot - this would have been a dead-set sacking offence if he had been caught. The mini-album that this came from was my first recording as a guitarist, and I loved every second of doing it. Karin Jansson sang, played guitar and wrote beautiful, and often quirky, songs. Snapper was on drums and BVs, one of the big bonuses about playing guitar was that I got to work with Lez White (of Th'Dudes) on bass - incredible! And Steve Kilbey produced. Wish we had done more together.
